Posture:

To achieve the correct posture, hold a club by the head in your right hand and place the shaft along your spine, connecting your head to your tailbone. Tilt forward from the hip (keeping your head and tail bone in contact with the club shaft) until your arms can hang straight down from your shoulders. Your weight should be felt on the balls of your feet not on your toes and not on your heels. Your knees should have a soft flex to them. Your target foot should be open about 20 degrees towards the target, and your back foot should be perpendicular to the target line.
